Data & Privacy Policy

During consultation it is necessary for Mestizo Fine Dining to have access to sensitive information, for Legal, Personal Client Financial and Business Financial purposes, all our clients can rest assured that no sensitive data obtained by Mestizo Fine Dining is ever shared; all data, no longer needed for the purposes of consultation is securely destroyed or returned to the client/s.

No copy/s will exist after this point.

All data is handled with the utmost care & sensitivity.

Health & Safety Policy

The health and safety of our members, our clients and members of the public is of paramount importance. Each one of our consultant members come fully & highly qualified in all areas of your business, if we are unable or unqualified to assist with your business needs, this will be made clear during consultation. We always adhere to the regulations set out by the Chief Environmental Health Officer for England & Wales and the Chief Health & Safety Inspectorate. 

Equality Policy

Our members are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, without them this business would not exist. We treat all our members equally, irrespective of culture, ethnicity, race, gender, nationality, age, religion, disability and sexual orientation. We value diversity in our organization. We pay our Male and Female members EXACTLY  the same rates and bonuses.  We take the time and effort to induct new members so that they feel a valued and integral part of the workforce from the beginning. 

Food Hygiene & Safety Policy

All of our Chef Consultant Members will strictly comply with the Food Safety Act 1990, and are qualified and certified to the highest level to be able to demonstrate the most up-to-date methods and practices. We don't believe in short-cuts, nor should you, Mestizo will NEVER practice or endorse poor food hygiene practices. Excellent food hygiene standards are not just the foundation of your business, they are there for the protection of public health and they are the law.
