HND - Hospitality & Culinary Arts.

CMI Level 7 Diploma - Professional Consulting.

H - Cert - Level 4 - Food Safety & Hygene.

706-1 706-2 / NVQ / VQR Level 3 Professional Cookery
(With Min 20 years experience at head chef level).

H - Cert - Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).

H - Cert - Health & Safety (WorkPlaced).

5-10 Years Experience In Silver Food Service.

5-10 Years Experience In Cleaning & Janitorial Services.

10 Years (Minimum) checkable work references.

Be willing to take DBS, CTC, and Credit Reference Agency Checks.


Be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.


The ability to demonstrate an in depth understanding of our core values.
